Beth Brass, MBA, PMP

Founder

Hello, I’m Beth, founder of The Calm Home Company. I bring an MBA, 15+ years in product and program leadership, and agile/PM certifications (CSM, CSPO, PMP) to help busy Northeast Ohio families create spaces that feel like sanctuaries, not just more to-do lists.

Growing up in a cluttered home and living with ADHD/ASD, I know firsthand how space and routine affect how we live, work, and breathe. My approach is holistic and highly personalized: I design systems that fit how you live, think, and move, so your home supports you—not the other way around.

What to expect

  • Founder-led, white-glove service: I handle consultations and planning directly.

  • Empathy, discretion, and integrity at the core.

  • Quick, tangible results: from a two-day unpack-and-setup for a loved one during a move to ongoing reorganizing that sticks

  • NAPO Affiliated - we hold ourselves to the highest standards of professional organizers

If you’re ready to reclaim time and peace of mind, book a consultation with me and we’ll tailor a plan to fit your life.

Stephanie Brass, LCSW

Home & Life Transition Specialist

With a Master’s-level background in Social Work, I bring a deeply human-centered, strength-based approach to every space I enter. I understand that our belongings are often tied to memories, identity, and transitions.

Whether working with individuals navigating life changes, families managing overwhelm, or those simply seeking more calm in their environment, I meet each person with compassion, respect, and zero judgment.

My professional experience spans working with foster youth who faced constant transitions and instability, to supporting older adults with limited assistance as they navigate downsizing and life shifts. These experiences have shaped my ability to hold space for complex emotions while creating practical, sustainable solutions.

I specialize in:

• Respecting emotional attachments to items, including meaningful heirlooms

• Thoughtful, intentional packing—ensuring every item has purpose and place

• Supporting clients through difficult decisions with empathy and clarity

• Rehoming items responsibly to reduce waste and keep belongings out of landfills

• Creating systems that are realistic, maintainable, and aligned with your lifestyle

At the core of my work is the belief that you already have the strengths needed to create a home that feels calm and supportive—I’m simply here to guide and support you in that process.

The Calm Home Co. is a judgment-free space where your story matters, your pace is respected, and your home becomes a place of ease, not stress.

Joshua Love

Client Relationship Lead

My background is in automotive sales, where I built my career on trust, communication, and follow-through. What I’ve learned—and what I bring into this work—is how to truly listen, understand what someone needs beneath the surface, and help them move forward with confidence.

I know that starting a home reset can feel overwhelming. There’s often more behind it than just “stuff”—it can represent a transition, a fresh start, or a moment where something needs to change.

My focus is on making that process feel simple, supported, and achievable, one step at a time. I also believe that how we reset a home matters. Whenever possible, I focus on helping clients make thoughtful decisions about what stays, what goes, and where those items end up—whether that means donating, rehoming, or responsibly disposing of them.

The goal is to reduce unnecessary waste while making sure items can continue to serve a purpose. I specialize in:

• Breaking the process down into clear, manageable steps

• Helping clients move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling in control

• Creating structure and momentum without pressure

• Making sure nothing gets overlooked or left unfinished

• Supporting responsible donation, rehoming, and waste reduction

• Keeping the experience grounded, steady, and forward-moving

I believe a calm home starts with clarity—knowing what matters, what stays, and what comes next. I’m here to help you move through that process with confidence and support.
